    ASA,
    Can we bring with us items to return/exchange at the booth instead of shipping them to shukr headquarters?

    Assalamu Aleikum,

    Unfortunately, the booth staff will not be able to process your return, so we please request that you still follow the normal return procedures for your current returns and exchanges. However, visiting our booths will be an excellent opportunity to check out and try on many of these styles and sizes first hand, so don’t miss the opportunity! We look forward to seeing you there!!
