Continuing Improvements to the UK site: Part Deux

Say goodbye to color swatches as you know them! We are happy to announce that, starting with the new arrivals currently on the UK website, and all new arrivals thereafter, will have images of each garment in every available color, just like the US and Canadian sites.

Simply click on the color swatch below the main image, and the picture that pops up will be of the garment itself and not just an enlarged picture of the color! We hope that this improvement makes shopping easier. As always, your comments are welcome.

    You may be improving your UK site but you have failed to respond to the letter I sent you in December together with two returned items, requesting replacement items in a different size, or to my online communications about these returns. I am getting rather fed up about this!

    just a suggestion : in describing the dress or top, it would be very helpful to include whether it has slim sleeves and/or slim fit. I’ve found that some tops in my size have really slim sleeves that make it hard for ablution purposes.

    I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!

    Usually we do make a note in the item description, but it could be that it was overlooked. What particular items are giving you a hard time? Please let me know so that we can update our website, and so that in the future we know to leave more room in the sleeves for a particular design or fabric.

    I’m so sorry that this happened and I cannot apologize enough. I know you submitted this comment a while ago, but if this issue still hasn’t been addressed, please please send your letters to me (beth [at] shukrattire.com) so that I can bring it to the attention of customer service.
